YokshGolf is a private golf outing coordination service used exclusively by Brian Yoksh to organize golf outings among a personal group of friends. This policy describes how personal information is collected and used within this private system.

Information Collected

The following information is stored for outing coordination purposes:

• First and last name
• Mobile phone number (if provided for opt in for SMS messaging)
• Home city or address (used only to calculate drive time to golf courses)
• Participant's max drive time to participate in golf outing

This information is provided voluntarily to the organizer or through the JOIN page. No information is collected from purchased lists, or third-party sources. Even if a member provides his/her mobile phone number to Brian directly, the use of their mobile phone for SMS notifications will not be enabled until the member texts START to +19135858204.

How Information Is Used

Personal information is used solely to:

• Communicate upcoming golf outings
• Coordinate scheduling and record responses
• Calculate drive time to ensure outings are convenient for participants

Information is never sold, shared, or used for any commercial purpose. No information will be shared with third party/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Messaging (optional, if elected)

Recipients who choose to receive SMS messages will receive SMS messages related to golf outing invitations, confirmations, and scheduling updates. All SMS messages are prefixed with "YokshGolf:" for clear identification.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive no further SMS messages. You will need to contact Brian for golf outing inclusion. Reply HELP for assistance.

If opted in to SMS messaging, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on outing scheduling activity.

Data Storage

Personal information is stored in a private Google Sheets document accessible only to the organizer. No data is publically accessible or shared with third parties except as required to deliver SMS messages via Telnyx.

Data Retention

Personal information is retained for as long as the individual participates in golf outings. Information is removed upon request to Brian Yoksh.

You may request to have your information removed from the system at any time by contacting Brian Yoksh directly.
